Awesome!WOw!! Talk about Customer Service!!!! After I spoke to Michael Stoops, Michael Kennedy (The guy in charge of Special events @ Meguiars) heard about what had happened. And He Sent me an Email apologizing and to let me know he was going to look into how that had happen to make sure it wont happen again, and that he wanted to send a Team member personally to deliver me my new D/A.
I met Michael Kennedy last year at the same event (Del Mar Nationals) and I bought my G110 kit from him. Meguiars hires good people and their desire to make this right speaks volumes about how much pride they put into the Meguiars brand.
