i suppose this is for a mod ... why at the bottom of my screen does it say i may not post attachments ... also certain links threads tell me i am not authorized to view ???

Hmmm... you're beyond our 30 post minimum for posting links, so that does sound a bit odd.
You should be able to post images, whether hosted on our site or elsewhere, without any issues. What happens when you try to post an image using the Image tag?
Which links are telling you that you are not authorized to view them? Certainly anything in the Moderators section will be off limits, but everything else should be wide open, even if you weren't a registered member of MOL.

i have the pic link in the reply for a url but i dont see anything to just upload them from my pc just says i may not post attachments in the posting rules ..i dont remember the link that could not open it was just random i supposeComment

There is no upload, you have to insert.
Like you would go to your gallery, and upload the picture there. Then insert the URL to that photo in your message.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR BlueComment
