Have you ever tryed the Meguiar's Gold Class Endurance High Gloss tire Gel? I have some of it in my inventory and it looks great. Kinda Small for the Price but it really worths it.

I am not sure if gloss itself is a reference to gel, but personally I am not a big fan of the gels. I've tried the foams, the gels, everything basically and the one that I really like is Meguiar's Hot Shine Tire Spray. It keeps my tires shiny for at least a good week and the application is much easier.

This is what I use as well and it does work. The only other thing I could add is that I that after it sits for 30 minutes or so I wipe down any excess so that it doesn't whip off as I drive.

I do the same thing, sling is a pain to deal with and is really a nuisance when you are fresh off a paint polish.

No matter what product you use on tires. I think this is a very good practice.

    Re: Tire Gloss

I have to say I wasn't impressed with the Endurance Gel. I use an applicator whenever I use tire products and I work the product around the tire SEVERAL times to make sure it's worked in and that it's just a thin layer. What I'm not liking about the product is that when I drive for a bit, you can see streaks from the tires spinning. No matter how thin I put it on or how well I work it into the tires it keeps happening.

    Re: Tire Gloss

I use Hot Shine about once a month here in NC. This is all it takes, for me at least. Tires stand out glossy black for about two weeks and then look a nice and deep black for a couple more weeks. This is really great stuff and doesn't need many applications, which usually end up as a buildup on the tires.

    Cheers!

Meguiars Hot Shine Tire Gel is the best in my opinion, and Gold Class Endurance is great too.
