Is it safe to work on the bumpers using ScratchX 2.0 and the G110? The bumpers appear to be plastic and im not sure whether its OK or not.

Yes, it is safe. The fear of working on bumpers typically applies to rotaries because they can generate a lot of heat on plastic panels. -

If your plastic bumpers are painted, then when you work on the bumpers you're not working on plastic but on paint so treat it like the rest of the painted panels of the car.
