Differences between Meguiar's Clay Bars?
This is an older thread back when we sold one 100 gram clay bar in the Quik Clay Detailing System.
Our new Smooth Surface Clay kit comes with 2 50 gram bars, a 4 ounce bottle of A12 Cleaner/wax and a full size Supreme Shine Microfiber.

The Professional Line has a standard Mild Clay and a more aggressive Clay. Both in which give much more clay than the Smooth Surface Kit. That kit gives you a small amount of the standard type clay. Most likely for what you are doing, the kit should be just fine.
The kit is the same price as the Pro Clays and the kit comes with Supreme Shine Towel, Quik Detailer, and Cleaner Wax Sample![]()
Megafast13, what do you recommend for a semi-neglected paint finish that is rather very dirty? I see a white piece of clay, and then blue. Maybe the blue would help me out better?
If your surface is really bad than you can use the Pro Line Mild Clay. You'll not want to use the aggressive clay.
