The garage is 6 years old. I have been playing around with a good system for the product. Came up with this a couple of months ago. So far it works out great. Thanks guys.

If you ever want to seal the floor with an epoxy, I would suggest taking a look at epoxy-coat, I redid my garage floor for the third time this summer, and finally decided to do it right and not get the cheapest one I could find at Lowes. After a few months the other stuff was coming up from the tires and would chip and peel. The epoxy-coat is holding up perfect so far...
