  • Is Cleaning Pad on the Fly nessecary for wax?

Is "Cleaning Pad on the Fly" necessary for waxes or cleaner waxes? I know it is for polishes and compounds.

If you're using a cleaner/wax to clean neglected paint then yes, if you're applying a finishing wax to a finish in excellent condition or if you previously cleaned and polished the paint then no.

You can if you want to but as long as you're working clean to start with you shouldn't need to clean the pad as there shouldn't really be anything of any substance on it.
