Re: 2004 Corvette Z06 DETAIL (Black)

I was finally able to finish up the polishing now that I have my rotory back. The paint came out so much better than I expected. I finished off with #3 rather than the #9 I thought I was going to end up with. I had minor micro marring so I tried #3 which worked out so much better for this paint. I topped it off with some #26.

I then backed the car out into the sunlight to ensure I didn't have any more holograms / rotory trails

The paint came out looking very wet

            Nice follow up Jesse.

            It looks awesome.

One thing to point out to others......don't be affraid to experiment and try different products. There is no one solution that works for all cars. As you found out by trying #3 and being extremely successful. This is a great example of that and hopefully many will learn from your excellent write up.
