  • New black Nissan Altima, bad case of buffer swirl.

Just picked up my brand new Nissan Altima couple on Friday. The dealership guys used an orbital buffer on it and it has buffer swirl all over. Took it to a body shop today, who said they thought it would be hard to get out. And that it being a black car, it was not uncommon to have. Anyone know of a good auto detailer in Los Angeles, preferably the Santa Monica area who would be good at such a thing?

I would think that an orbital would not, generally, impart buffer swirl. But- why are you going to a third party body shop? The dealership that produced the swirl is the one you should address. In any event, pictures would be helpful to find a solution or at least a diagnosis.
