Survey not working

Here's a follow-up to the e-mail I sent...

I have not taken the survey so I don't know what you're seeing when you take it but I did inquire as to how and when people will receive their gifts and here's the reply I reiceived...

how the survey recipients will get their gift is specifically called out at the end of the survey. They simply fill in their name and address and the survey company will mail them their gift.

That's what happened when I finished the survey. About 150 questions and then when I did the last one it came up and asked for a mailing address, etc.

We'll send out an e-mail to someone involved with this project and ask them to chime in and answer any questions that come up over this survey.

I took the survey a month ago and completed it and it said I will receive my free Meguiar's gift pack, I have yet to receive it. Could you please tell me who I can get in contact with to check up on this since I took MY time to complete it.

Don't worry, they said 4 to 6 weeks, I haven't got mine yet either. I'm sure I will.

I got home from work today, and received it Great. BUT there is a problem. One of the bottles leaked its ENTIRE contents, The "Quick Detailer", during shippng and the outside of the shipping box was all wet and the actual box the product was in was ruined and all wet carboard. And the microfiber cloth is soaked in the bottle that leaked.

I am suprised FEDEX didnt say anything.

Can I please get a replacement of the bottle? I included some photos of what happened.

Since we are on the subject, never did get the gift... huh, oh well.
