Dashboard cleaning HELP!!
Hi everyone, I just bought a 1994 camaro from a private seller. The previous owner must have put 4 coats of armor all on the dash, door panels, etc.... Does anyone know how to get armor all off??? I cannot stand armor all. I have seen a few pictures of #40 on interior trim and it looks amazing. I want my interior trim to look new not greasy. Do you think that #39 would take the armor all off??? Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

yes #39 should take off the armor all. good luck. remeber to hit it with #40 after your done so it has some uv protection.2000

with 2000. The #39 should eliminate the AA and give you a great base to apply the #40!

sounds good. I am going out to buy some right now. Now, how do you use that.. is it a wipe on wipe off or do you have to scrub it witha brush???Nothing but the best, That's why I use Meguiar's.

where can I buy this??? I went to murrays and advance autoparts and they don't have it (gee what a surprise) I know I can order it through meguiars's website but I was hoping to get it today. try a napa or other car part/paint supply store.
yes it's just a spray on, wipe off product. I would spray it on a applicator than wipe it down instead of spraying right on the dash, that way you don't get any on the windshield by accident.2000

I called the paint store my dad buys his supplies from and they had #39 and #40 and they only wanted $8.50 a bottle, that is cheaper than the meguiars site. So I am going out to get that armor all junk off my interior.Nothing but the best, That's why I use Meguiar's.

What I like to do for the interior is clean pretty much everything with All Purpose Cleaner. I use it to wipe down the dash and all plastic pieces. I also use it to remove some stains from the carpet by spraying and scrubbing with a brush. I like to dress everything using Hyper Dressing because it allows you to have 4 different finishes depending on which dilution you use.
For any odors I use Car Odor Eliminator
This stuff works great!

I did not say general, I said "All Purpose Cleaner" which is a Meguiar's product which can be diluted to different strengths. It is very helpful for around-the-house use as well. Since it is a concentrate, you get a lot of product for a great price.
