  • Headlight restoration...

    Here's a 98 Dodge Caravan cloudy plastic lenses...
    Steps used
    1) 1500 Grit wet or dry 3M sandpaper followed by 1000 grit.
    3) Bucket of hot soapy water for dipping sand paper in.
    4) 3M rubbing compound
    5) PlastiX applied by hand
    6) Makita Rotory buffed on speed 2 using finishing pad..

    Approx hrs 2...

              Headlight restoration isn't fun or easy, but if you can buff a car, you can wet sand a headlight ....

                Hi Joe

                I have found a product that is much easier to use and does not use a polish it uses a special formula that brings the headlight back to new. Its amazing and no scratches and lasts 18months+protects against UV rays.
