I had to delete and make some changes in my photo gallery the other day. It worked just like you outlined. It was quite easy actually.
quality creates its own demand
thanks mike

Got the editing buttons to appear, but I don't have the "delete" button. Its no big deal thought, i'll just ignore the pics I don't like. Thanks for the help mike. It is much appreciated.
"Surely you can't be serious!?"
"I am serious....and don't call me Shirley."
***Update***
If you want to delete a picture or replace it with a different picture, then look for a little button that looks like the one in the picture below and click on it.
After you click the little button, you'll be taken to a new screen that looks like this,
From there you can either click on the "Browse" button and browse to the folder where the picture you want to upload is and then after selecting the photo click on the "Submit Changes" button.
If you want to delete the picture then place a check mark in box next to where it says, (CAREFUL - once it's gone it's gone) and then click on the "Submit Changes" button.
If this doesn't work, the post back here and we'll figure out what the issue is.
