mixing nxt tech with gold class

i had a bottle of liquid gold class with 1/4 left in it and same with a bottle of liquid nxt so i poured what was remaining into the bottle of nxt. the next day i detailed a friends black s2000 which i usually finish with nxt. this time i washed with nxt wash, polished with da using m80 then followed up with the nxt/gold class combo. the end result was a much deeper, rich and glossier look. could i just be seeing things and could this combo cause any ill effects? if i remember correctly, i heard at one of the wed night clinics that all meguiars products are made to work together, and this is definately together

is good to try new thing , but i like more go with 2 coats of wax using the same wax
