    Leatherette

I have the following Meguiars products for interior care:
    1. GC Rich Leather Cleaner/Conditioner
    2. Vinyl and Rubber Cleaner/Conditioner

Which one should I use in a BMW 3-series leatherette ?

You know, I tried to find some information about BMW's Leatherette as well as leather in general and didn't have much luck.

I have to wonder if Leatherette is vinyl? or coated leather?

From everything I know about "leatherette," it's a synthetic material(vinyl) and is treated as such. I think the reason that it is called such is for marketing reasons. It just doesn't sound good to say that your $30K BMW has vinyl in it!!
