Hi all,
Well the winter slop is over and I survived, never went to a car wash once that was not DIY or Touch Free (where they spray it on and let it soak, then rinse). The Trix survived with very very minor swirls here and there. Nowhere near what it was when I did it last year. So 83 may not be needed, just a good 80 coating with some NXT to complete the job.
I am in the process of a fog lamp project. One of my OEM ones got cracked from a rock so I have lexan covers for them, I also got a set of yellow overlays to change the color and a new lamp for the passenger side. I now have to polish out the pitted drivers side. (see my post in the other forum about that)
GF's Jeep is a mess and I did her car with 80/GC before the winter, still washes pretty good but needs a detail as well. Once the rainy season stops come mid May I can get rolling. Talk to ya soon!

I thought the winter weather was overwith here too ... but now they are calling for a little more snow and temps in the 20's and 30's again (sigh). I'm so anxious to try out all of the new Meguiar's products I've been collecting over the winter (Santa was very good to me this year hehe) ... now I'm just waiting for that nice weather AND the free time to do it!
I'm hoping to get both of those soon! Best wishes on your upcoming projects!
