I have problems with bugs on the front of my 5th wheel. The cap is fiberglass as is the sides. Can I use Mold Release #8 on the finish of the RV? I’m looking for a product to make cleaning the RV after a trip easier.

What do you current do after a trip to combat the bug problem?
Meguiars products to try would be:
Clay
M44
M45
M50
Of after a through washing of the RV.

Bugs, bugs, bugs... I would also recommed using the clay product. Also, get your hands on some of our Bug and Tar Remover (G10716). Between these two products you should be able to take care of all the bugs. Now for protecting the finish on the ATV, I would use Cleaner Wax A1216, followed by any of our paste waxes (Hi-Tech Yellow Wax, D/C Step 3, or Professional Paste Wax M1611).
One thing to be certain of is that these are painted fiberglass panels and not colored plastic. If they are colored plastic, check with the manufacture first before applying any of the waxes. The Bug and Tar along with the clay product will be fine on either surface.
Using a product like Quik Detailer or Final Inspection throughout the day while riding will also help to keep the bugs from drying on the surface.
Hope this helps.....
Off.
And buy some 1950's style curb feelers.
J.C. Whitney probably still sells them.
