clear coat failure

After washing the wifes Odyssey I noticed a couple spots on the roof of clear coat failure. The clear coat is blistered up and in some cases has crumbled off. What can be done to mitigate this damage and stop it from continuing. I am not interested in re-spraying 2 stage paint on the roof of the van, Is there some moisturizer or something to stop further flaking/peeling?

Well, the only real thing to do is clean, polish, and wax the paint, and keep after it. Hopefully that will keep it from spreading too fast.
