Discontinued Carpet/Upholstery Cleaner - G9416

Has anyone else heard that this product was discontinued? I just tried to order 6 cases with my regular Meguiars order - from Meguiars directly - and was told it is no longer available... But - it still shows up on Meguiar's online store as being for sale.

Please hang tight. I can confirm that G9416 Carpet and Interior Cleaner just went on back order status. I am waiting on an answer as to whether or not the product will be discontinued. I have contacted the product manager and will have an answer A.S.A.P. I would agree with gb387. You should really consider our new G14922 Quik Out Carpet Stain Remover if you haven't given it a shot. If you do give it a try please make sure to get back to us with your comments. We really appreciate feedback on new products. Thanks you!

But the Quick Out is only for carpet correct?

Quik Out was formulated specifically for use on carpet. We felt the formula's effectiveness on carpet would have been compromised too much if we had tweaked it for use on a wide range of upholstery as well. Therefore we must recommend Quik Out Carpet Stain Remover be used strictly on carpet.
That being said you may try it on a inconspicuous upholstered area "at your own risk".

Hmm.. then what is for other fabrics, or just APC?

I just got word that the G9416 Gold Class Heavy Duty Carpet & Interior Cleaner has indeed been discontinued. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

bummer... I had good luck with it but I guess we have other options in Meguiars line.
