Was wondering if Zoop Seal actually works? Does anyone here use it or know someone that does?

Yes Zoop does work but you have to follow the preparation instructions to the letter.
I tried Zoop on a pair of Akront motorcycle wheel rims before I laced them to the hubs. And three years later they were still looking good.
The secret to getting the result you want is to remember that the level of polish that you see before using Zoop is all you are ever going to get. So polish like crazy before you apply it.
And get youself lots and lots of distilled water for washing your polished parts. You will not get a good result if you try to wash the parts in tap or even filtered water. -
