Does NXT Tech Wax have cleaning properties?

I was on another car detailing website and somebody left a message that NXT Tech Wax has cleaning properties so if you use it on top of, for example, #21, that you would actually be removing #21 when applying NXT.

I don't think that's the case, but I was wondering if anybody here can tell me for sure if there is any truth in that.

NXT does have light cleaning ability. If you applied NXT over #21 you would remove *some* but not all of the #21.

I don't use NXT that much so someone please correct me if i am wrong
