  • Tiring but worth it... Black Mirror...

I decided to take the half day off and detail my Black Nissan…

So, after washing with the NXT Generation Car Wash, I followed up with claying…

Smooth Surface Clay Kit, with the NXT Generation Speed Detailer

I worked on the paint with these:
    1. M83 DACP
    2. M80 Speed Glaze

    … using G100A and W8006 Pads

    3. M07 Show Car Glaze … using hand and Supreme Shine MF Towels

Then, applied the wax NXT Tech Wax followed by a second coat of M21 Synthetic Sealant with W9006 Pads

    Waxed…

and removed the wax using MF Bonnets over W7006 Pad

    and done…

with lots more final touch ups to be done...

To cut the story short… hehe…

Here’s the finished product in the cloudy sky… (no chance to take pics under a clear sky)

    Full view…

The pillar bent under the door’s power…

    The boot…

Somebody drew a yellow line across the car door???

    The dual-sided side mirror…

Just like over the THAMES river advertisement… (reflection over water, I mean over the top of the car…

That’s all folks… comments & critics are all welcome… there’s still lots to be learned…

I would like to thank Mike Phillips for the most inspiring detailing video that made this session possible... yes, it's my first time with the G100...

          Thanks Mike!!!

ps: how in the world you concentrate with the DA and still teach.. my hands was already aching halfway through and "giving up" has been bothering me throughout the session...

You will find that the more you use it the less pressure you need on the G100 as the first time you are really trying to get the swirls, cobwebs, etc. out. The next time should be easier.

              I hope so... Thanks!

There was one point I couldn't get the DA to "bite" the finish; how hard i put pressure, the pad just spinned... and i remembered from the DVD that the pad's too saturated with product and so i used a new one...
