when you order it from meguiars ?

Yes if you order from Meguiar's direct it will come with a backing plate and 1 W-8006 pad.

I just recieved my D.A.
but no backing plate
but i recieved my pad

I would call customer service and ask, not sure if they are on backorder or not. If it was a mistake they will take care of it !

You local PBE shop might carry DA backing plates. The ones I've been to all do.
