  • 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback GT

    Hi guys,

So I was asked once again to detail an other Ford Mustang, this time
it's a 1965 Fastback GT. I don't want to annoy you with to much
text, and I made quite a few pic's and let them do the most of
    the " talking "

First I washed the car 2 days earlier so i could dry nicely ( dried it
though with the water magnet of coarse )

At Saturday I started early, a lot to do and she's ready for it:

    A few " before " shot's:

    Starting taping off:

Some special details at the side's of this car:

Time to make a testspot on the hood:

And yes, It got some swirls:

    But first do some claying:

Wipe the finish of with a Ultimate Wipe:

Wow, look at all this dirt:

    Let's hit it with some #80 and a W8006:

    After a few passes I checked the pad, if I did do some cutting;

Some color on the bonnet to, just very light:

Time for the #83 on a clean W8006:

    This is how it looked:

Now I never had the chance to work with the #80 on a full detail
so I decided to try it out on this car and learn to work with this and
gather some experience with this great product.
And this is how the car looked like at the end of the day:

I had a little time left so I did the car with #21, so it could
cure the whole night, and then I called it a day and went home.

So this was day 1, and to be continued.
    I just love detailing

    Day 2 report:

The next morning, started early again, and took care of the tires, chrome
rims, glass etc. and finally wiped of the #21 with some clean Supreme
Shines, and wow what a great product that is . . .goodbye dullness
and hello shine hahaha LOL, to let you see what I mean I have
    some " end " pic's ( just a small selection out of ± 50 pic's )

Well the owner was very pleased with the results at the end
    just like me of coarse
    I just love detailing
