    Vinyl Hard Top

    Hi, I'm new to the site. I have a 69 Plymouth 2 door hard top which has the original white vinyl top. The top has small black spots all over it. Mold? I have tried all types of cleaning agents but none are removing the spots. Has anyone experienced this before? Know of any products which will remove the spots? And then any product to condition the vinyl and keep the spots off.
    The car is parked outside under a good quality car cover.
