If these water spots are as bad you suggest and have actually etched deeply into the paint, you may need to get very aggressive in order to remove them.

Generally speaking, will UC finish better than M101, M100, M105, and D300? Might seem like a dumb question, but sometimes, less aggressive products don't always finish the same.
