Business plan ?????

I'm composing a businees plan for a high-end detailing service in a rapidly growing suburban area.

I was just wondering if there are any key words or phrases that you guys have used or would like to see in a business plan primarilly targeting the high-end clientele (not ignoring daily drivers).

Good question-- I'd love to get away from the "daily driven GM sedan" market as well. I'm starting to get tired of having an interior take me 7-8 hours, and another 4-5 for paint.
