View Full Version : Waiting for Medallion Paint Cleaner

Hi, my name is Nick Betournay and I ordered the Medallion Paint Cleaner on Sept. 13 from the Ebay store and haven't gotten any kind of notification that it has even been shipped yet. I already received my Ultimate Wipes that were ordered on the same day. Thanks for the help.

FYI , Medallion products are on back order. Yes I know this sounds odd being that it's a discontinued product but what I was told that they have to pull the product left in different wharehouses.

I believe mine shipped on the 20th but was delayed in Houston due to Rita :(

I am beginning to wonder about this too. I ordered some MPPC and MPPP. It's fine if it will take time to ship, but some sort of notification of that would be nice. This was on Sept 13th, so it's been about two weeks now.

me too, still waiting on MPP and MPC. I already received all my other products, but i didnt think they would send 2 boxes b/c they would have to pay shipping twice.

I am waiting too. They sent me a box full of styrofoam packing peanuts and a consumer catalog along with the packing sheet saying that my items were unshipped. Probably could have used an envelope for that.

I just received an e-mail from Chad and he said product started arriving to be shipped out on Monday and as it comes in it goes out the same day, so it's on the way!

Not to sound un-appreicative, but my experience on EBay is that when a seller doesn't respond about shipping a product for over 2 weeks, the customers don't like it. EBay customers really shouldn't have to come here to get answer about where their products are. I have asked Aimee for status on this and not heard anything back.

I understand the problem is due to overwhelming response to a great idea, and hopefully most of the EBay customers are understanding too.

Are emails or anything being sent out to notify of shipment? It's been over three weeks now and I haven't heard a thing except in replies on threads here.

I actually sold my previous non-eBay bottle along with a bunch of other products to someone, so I'm currently MPPC-less and sort of anxious to try it on the 'vette.

As I said before, I don't mind the wait so long as I'm informed about it.

Thats is why you are allowed to post feedback about the seller!! If you feel necessary, post how you feel!

I wanted to get on this first thing this morning and address the concerns shared on this thread.

I am going to take a very non-PC approach to this issue and simply tell it like it is.

Everything that was communicated in the emails was completely accurate. We have been waiting on product coming in from all over the country and the reason for this is the program was so successful that we found ourself in an oversold situation. As a result, we were combing the country trying to find enough Medallion to send to those that purchased it on Ebay.

Unfortunately, there are 11 people that we have not been able to find product for. If you are one of those people, you should have received an email from me stating this and seeing the offer of resolution (which is pretty good).

If you are on this thread and have not:

A) Received an email from me.
B) Received the product.

I want to hear from you.

I am personally taking the lead with this and will bend over backwards to make each and every one of you happy with this program.

I just got off the phone with Chad, and I just want to say thank you for help in clearing this up. Chad and the people at Meguiars have once again delivered the excellent customer service that a lot of us have come to enjoy. A lot of companies I have dealt with in similar situations would have just said " woops " and not done anything to correct it.
