At meguiar.com there is a video section. One of these videos is wet sanding. #2 fine cut cleaner and #1 are used with a rotary after wet sanding.

Meguiars also has a videotape on removing paint defects. This video recommends using 83,84,85

What's up between the two video recommendations?

The video showing the #1 and #2 is a few years older than the newer video.
