Protecting a Deflector

Folks...

I just ordered a hood deflector for my '09 Sonata because of the abuse my hood has taken from driving the PA Turnpike 4 days a week. Once I install it, what products to do you recommend to keep it shiny and clear? I know first-hand all about the magic of Plast-X, but any other tips or products to keep something like a deflector in good shape is greatly appreciated!http://meguiarsonline.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif

Nothing too speacial to do with it.

I use a cleaner/wax and wax on the top side of mine. I am sure the underside of mine is quite swirled up by now, but cant get to it, so oh well.

Basically, I would treat it like the rest of your paint.

I like using #20 Polymer Sealant on plastic bug shields. I also clay them first.
