I ordered some M135 from ADS and when I opened it up it had a lot of yellow looking slimy clumps in it.Put it in back in the gallon container and gave it a good shack, but it is still clumpy.what should I do.I know for a fact that it didn't get frozen because I keep it in the house until I got ready to use it.

Give Meguiar's Customer service a call:

1-800-347-5700

They'll probably have you send it back and send one to you :xyxthumbs.

Hopefully it didn't freeze during the shipping process.....

I am on my third gallon of the #135. Never heard of this happening. Your best bet is like Nappers stated. Meguiars customer care will be your best bet.

Good luck.

I really wonder if this is a freezing matter.....

I have a bottle of UQD that is almost gone, I may just leave it outside a day or two as we still have overnight freezing and see what happens and post my result in another thread.

I will not ask for another bottle, this is a test for mankind :xyxthumbs

Ask for Michael Stoops. He is on top of the particular issue.

I spoke to Barry a little while ago and he's all set - replacement bottle is on the way.

Barry, again I apologize for the issue.

That's why I hate Meguiar's :D :D :D :D :D

You don't need a notarized receipt, A note from your mom or, endless hours of bickering. "make sure the computer is plugged in" "make sure there is power to your outlet" AHHHHHHH

Good show:bigups

I'm going to recommend, that you guys be recommended for a recommendation!
