It would be handy if all "gallon size" Meguiar's products came in containers similar to those used for liquid laundry detergent. These have a "spill proof" spout and a cap that is a measuring device.

I have transferred car wash and other products to (thoroughly cleaned) laundry detergent containers and find this to be a huge time saver when using my Meg's products.

I can't see this for "all" the gallon containers but, the ones that need to be measured for dillution do come with a hand pump to measure product. One pump is 1oz.

They are very handy, sounds like a good idea! Might even try the lager containers with the fill spout on the side?!

Interesting -- I have never received a pump with any of Meg's products that come in gallon containers. Is this something you have to buy extra?

One reason I like the detergent containers is that the cap/cup is usually large enough to hold 4-6 oz. I mark them at two oz. intervals so I can pour once and not count capfuls. Also, the cap/cup is designed so that the cup residue goes back in the container and does not ooze out over the outside of the container.

This is something new with the newly revamped Detailers line. The pump comes with products that need to be dilluted like the Hyper-Wash. It makes it easy to measure the product to get the proper ratio of product to water. The pump won't come with products that are designed to be used straight out of the bottle.

I pour my 1 gallon size of Gold Class shampoo into an old, 16oz #00 wash bottle, and then I use a medicine dose cup to fill up to the 1 oz line from the 16 oz bottle.

As rj mentioned earlier, the pumping system is new with the revamped Detailer Line (aka: D-Line) from Meguiar's.

Careful with the pump on the HYPER WASH though! You can deliver too great of a volume in rapid fashion considering that the dilution ratio is 400:1 (yes, FOUR HUNDRED to ONE). :D

There is a "product" improvement...make the caps to 1 oz...that would help in effeciency.

I didn't recieve pumps with my APC, Glass Cleaner Concentrate, or Hyper Dressing. Is there any way I can get those pumps?

Only two of the products come with the pump, and you can't even order them separately, I asked CS :(
